Non è di certo la cosa più assurda che mi sia capitata di vedere su Chatroulette.
Fatto sta che un ragazzino russo di 17 anni con quattro righe di codice in flash ha dato grandi banane a tutti i net-artist, filosofi, paraguru e teorici che in questi anni hanno fuffeggiato sulla rete e sulla globalizzazione (e sulla vita, l’universo e tutto quanto).
Chatroulette è una delle esperienze - a suo modo - più violente, disturbanti (anche quando, anzi soprattutto quando, compare un semplice volto) e divertenti che si possano fare a distanza di un solo click da te (ed è proprio questa semplicità uno degli elementi in gioco). Partecipare all’esposizione di dieci minuti di volti (e altre varie parti del corpo) di sconosciuti, a questa umana galleria di noia, assenza, distrazione, dipendenza, alienazione, eccitazione, intimità, vale più di mille saggi e diecimila performance. L’unica parola che userei è Trauma.
